It's somewhat depressing, but I'm still really looking forward to moving up north and starting life in a new place. I leave in just nine more days, on the 21st, wow! Ohmygoodness! [06 May 2007|08:52am] [ mood | SO very excited! ] I cannot believe that today has finally come but I love the fact that is has! It's been 8 months, actually 256 days (wow!)...and now finally.. MARK IS COMING HOME! This is so exciting! And also 14 more days of MST :) and only 28 more days of Stevenson. But, for all intents and purposes...summer has arrived! ♥ give me a reason to smile

I just love the sound of that...and with today being the first day of spring I really feel that time is actually moving along and summer will come soon. It's so much more fun to day dream about summer than it is to go read economics or study physics :) This is a proven fact concluded by an experiment I am performing as we speak! Ah well, I guess that's all for now. Maybe by the next time I write there will only be a few days until summer...who knows! ♥ give me a reason to smile

[24 Sep 2006|05:27pm] [ mood | excited ] [ music | el televisor ] Weekends go by so fast they make your head spin, I swear! And this one was no exception. Friday night was the Crush Ike game...and guess what...we CRUSHED Ike! It was the funnest game I have been to all season. We all got so into the cheers and stuff which made it a great time. And the weather was so cool - there was a mist the whole entire game. I've never seen anything like it before. Saturday was a little more laid back. Returned a dress, got some shoes, went to church, dinner, ect. And I felt like getting a bit ahead with my java hw so I stayed up until 12.30 am =O But I finished up until October 2nd which made me a happy camper. And now today was a good day too! Slept in, went to band where we got free donuts..mmmm so yummy. We then had a short rehersal and it was actually fun. Im getting to know a lot more people now and it makes things like this so much better! I got to visit with the Rathkes today too :) Heck yes for 5 more days!! That is what really is sparking my awesome mood :) I simply cannot wait. Tis all for now! TTYL 1 ♥ give me a reason to smile

[15 Sep 2006|04:40pm] [ mood | Ashley is sleepy ] It feels likes it's been a while since I've updated so I will now! Hmmm this week was a really good school week, actually. I think my good mood from this weekend carried me through it...I wonder what that could have been from :) Letsa see. English is more of an intense class than I thought. We do a lot but in my opinion, thats alot better than not doing alot. Makes it more interesting than doing nada, right? Mmm Gov wasnt too bad either. Band is getting more fun too. MST is not bad. Thank goodness for the physics test being pushed to next week. That sure made me a happy camper! And I feel like such a nerd bc I kind of like java. It's fun to draw funny faces on applets :) Other than that not too much is new. I got a new phone and it has the most amazing ring tone ever. Oh hah. I walked into band today to discover that I was wearing the exact same outfit as Sekich. That was something. 2 ♥ give me a reason to smile

Heck yes for Mackinac :) [10 Sep 2006|04:16pm] [ mood | chipper ] Yay!!! I got to spend the weekend at Mackinac with some amazing people! They are known as the Rathke family and they are the best! It was so much fun. =) I hadn't been to the island since 7th grade so it was really cool to go there again...AND with Mark! we did SO many awesome things like shop, bike ride, go to mystery spots! fun fun fun. as you can see, I thoroughly enjoyed it. and you know what...only THREE more weeks until the trip to Houghton. This means school in just 4 short days...a little disappointed by at the same time I'll be glad to get back into the swing of things. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned today. My room is sparkly clean now. Horray!!! Heh and I got to be sneaky sneaky today suprising Kristina with Angelo's visit. That was good fun :) Well I am sleepy bc I took Benedryl. So I best be off.
